On 25th January 2023, Science students of DCT’s Vasantrao Dempo HSS of Arts, Science and Commerce, Cujira participated in the State Level Inter HSS Science Quiz Competition on Science and Technology which was organized by Dhempe College, Miramar.
In all 11 HSS with 17 teams participated.
Our students team comprising of Mast. Parth Bhate and Mast. Omkar Dhuri scored the highest marks in the written round and qualified for the oral round on stage. Mast. Harsh Sawant and Mast. Sambhaji Patil also participated in the quiz.
In oral round our team scored First place with the winners trophy and a cash prize of ₹3000.

First Place – Dempo HSS,Cujira
Second Place – Shantadurga HSS, Bicholim
Third Place – St.Xavier HSS, Mapusa
