On 9th and 11th August 2022, Cultural day was organized in our school, DCT’s Vasantrao Dempo HSS of Arts, Science and Commerce, Cujira.
Teachers and Administrative staff were teacher in-charges and judges of various events.
Students participated in various on-stage activities/competitions such as Monologue, Solo Singing, Mime, One minute non-stop talk, Street play, Debate on the topic “Why cake should be given to you” and Solo Dancing in the AV room.
Students also participated in various Off-stage competitions such as Photography on the theme “Catch them Flying”, Poster making on the theme “Nasha Mukt”, Best out of waste, Rakhi making, Rangoli competition on the theme “I love my India”, Mehendi competition, Hairstyle competition, Face Painting on the theme “Ecosystem”, Vegetable Carving and Flower arrangement was organized in classrooms and Library.
Cultural Prize Distribution Ceremony was also held on 11th August 2022.
Students’ Council team compered the event and made it a grand success.
