On the occasion of Vanmahostav, Biology department of DCT’s Vasantro Dempo HSS of Arts, Science and Commerce, Cujira had organized a plant exhibition ‘Ropavatika’ on 17th July 2023.
The Biology students of std. XI Science brought and exhibited potted plants in different plant categories and also displayed informative charts on flowering plants, ornamental plants, medicinal plants, pulses, millets, fruit-bearing, vegetables, etc.
The Principal and Vice Principal inaugurated the exhibition by watering the Tulsi Plant.
Tree plantation in the school campus was done by the NSS unit along with Biology department under the guidance of Principal.
The Students, Teachers of our school and Hindi Teachers of various institutions visited and appreciated the exhibition.
Teachers in-charge were Tr. Shubhada Bandodkar, Tr. Lina Parab, Tr. Siddhi Naik, Tr. Indira Narvekar and Sir Chetan Kavlekar.
