As an activity to be undertaken during Mental Health Week from 4th October 2023 to 10th October 2023, School Counsellor Ms. Venefrida Rodrigues of DCT’s Vasantrao Dempo H.S.S. of Arts, Science and Commerce, Cujira along with Psychology teachers Mrs. Roselyn Luis and Ms. Prajyoti Khorjuvenkar conducted a session called ‘Come Let’s Unplug’ on 23rd October 2023 for all the Teaching and Administrative staff of our school and the session was encouraged by Principal Mrs. Surekha Kelkar.
The session aimed at distressing the staff for an hour and helping them to reconnect with themselves. The teachers and Administrative staff were enthusiastic and participated actively throughout the session.
The activities which were conducted aimed to bring out the inner child in them followed by a dance session to energize them.
Teacher in-charges were Ms. Venefrida Rodrigues, Mrs. Roselyn Luis and Ms. Prajyoti Khorjuvenkar.
