A rally was organized on 3rd September 2024 from 9.40 am to 10.15 am in the Cujira Integrated Educational Complex under the State Council of Educational Research and Training ( SCERT) to create awareness against Drug Abuse Prevention in educational institutions through Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan.
The classes which participated in the rally are XI Commerce A, B, C & D divisions along with XI Science C of DCT’s Vasantrao Dempo HSS of Arts, Science and Commerce, Cujira.
Teachers Mrs. Amelia Barreto, Mrs. Lucia D’Souza and Mrs.Fransquinha Rodrigues coordinated the rally.
Teachers Mrs. Roseyln Luis, Ms. Prajyoti Korjuenkar and Mrs. Supriya Shetye also participated in the rally.
The students shouted slogans against drug abuse and also carried placards as part of the Anti- drugs campaign.
