As we all know that 29th August 2024 is celebrated as the National Sports Day, the birth anniversary of Major Dhyan Chand who is widely known as the ‘Hockey Wizard’ and ‘The Magician’,
DCT’s Vasantrao Dempo HSS of Arts, Science and Commerce, Cujira, conducted inter class Tug Of War competition and took pledge with the aim of instilling a sense of respect towards sports in the minds of student’s as well as to develop team spirit, leadership and sportsmanship qualities.
