78th Independence Day celebration was held in DCT’s Vasantrao Dempo HSS of Arts, Science and Commerce, Cujira, on 15th August 2024 from 8:30 onwards.
Mr. Manguirish Gadkar was the Chief Guest of the function. Chief guest highlighted his experiences and expressed his views on importance of the day.
Students performed various cultural activities like dance, singing and depiction of national leaders.
Teachers also performed patriotic song on this occasion.
Principal Ms. Minaxi Mudaliar welcome the guest .
Miss Rimishka Naik and Miss Dube compered the program.
Teacher in-charges were Mr. Chetan Kavlekar, Mr. Vishal Bhandari, Mr. Ajay Joshi, Mrs. Fransquinha Rodrigues, Mrs. Swati Desai and Mr. Dale Dias.
