On 23rd August 2022, DCT’s Vasantrao Dempo HSS of Arts, Science and Commerce, Cujira attended the event, ‘Save Soil’ movement led by the founder of the Isha Foundation, Sadguru, was held at Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherji stadium in Bambolim, Goa from 4.00 pm onwards.
Students and teachers attended the event.
The ‘Save Soil’ movement addressed various concerns and crises related to soil. It brought the people and leaders together, to share the idea of the campaign and to help increase the organic content in cultivable soil, which would, in effect, be a way of standing up for soil health.
Teacher in-charges were Tr. Amelia, Tr. Vishal, Tr. Nivruthi, Tr. Shilpa and Tr. Utkarsh.
