One day Workshop was conducted for Biology teachers of Goa on 5th December 2024 on the theme Competency based education in the light of NEP 2020 at DCT’s Vasantrao Dempo HSS of Arts, Science and Commerce, Cujira, from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm.
The Resource persons for the workshop were
1) Mr Nandkumar Parab, Indian forest Service officer – He spoke on the topic Biodiversity of Western Ghats and conservation strategies.
2) Mrs Rekha keni Gurrala, Retired Biology teacher: She spoke on Reproductive Physiology and reproductive health.
Mementoes were given at the hands of Principal to the resource persons.
Teacher in-charges were Biology Department Teachers.
