On 21st October 2023, Water Purifiers were inaugurated at the hands of PTA President Mr. Mahesh Rivankar, Vice President Mrs. Rekha D’Silva and Mr. Pradeep Mirazkar.
Principal, Mrs. Surekha Kelkar on behalf of the Teaching staff , Administrative staff and the students of DCT’s Vasantrao Dempo Higher Secondary School of Arts, Science & Commerce, Cujira thanked the PTA for the thoughtful gesture of providing water purifiers. She also expressed that it will definitely satiate our thirst and refresh us as our work demands that we continuously keep ourselves hydrated.
A total of four water filters were installed, three on each floor for students and one in the office for Teaching and Administrative staff. The purifier for Teachers has a provision to provide hot and cold water.
Teacher In-charges were Mrs. Supriya Angle(Secretary) and Mrs. Gunjal Keluskar(Treasurer).
