In collaboration with Goa Samagra Shikshan Abhiyan and Schools and Higher Secondary Schools, an interactive session “Veergatha” was conducted in DCT’s Vasantrao Dempo HSS of Arts, Science and Commerce, Cujira on 2nd September 2023 at 11.00 am.
Gallantry awardee Commander Manu Mishra was the resource person.
39 students from DCT’s Vasantrao Dempo HSS of Arts, Science & Commerce & 30 students each from Dr. K B Hedgewar High school and Higher Secondary School, MushtiFund High school and Rosary High school attended the program with one teacher from their respective schools.
Principal, Mrs. Surekha Kelkar introduced the resource person commander Manu Mishra.
Introduction of the program was done by Mrs. Ganga Sirsat who is working for Goa Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan.
Commander Manu Mishra shared his experience and knowledge with the students. Students had an opportunity to interact with the resource person.
Teacher, Mrs. Aparna Morya compered the event. The event was witnessed by Cluster resource person Mrs. Pranavi along with 5 members of Goa Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan.
Vote of thanks for the program was given by Mr. Mahonar Ankalgi, member of Goa Samagra Shiksha.
