On 29th September 2022, “Hindi Day“ was celebrated in DCT’s Vasantrao Dempo HSS of Arts, Science & Commerce, Cujira from 12.20 to 1.30 pm in the A. V room.
Chief Guest for the programme was Mr. Ashok Naik, Senior Hindi Teacher from Shri Shantadurga HSS, Sankwale, Cortalim.
Tr. Ajay Joshi organized the programme and introduced the Chief Guest, Tr. Antima Satarkar sang a welcome song, Tr. Sheetal Parab enlightened the audience on the importance of Hindi language and Tr. Sanjay Naik compered the programme and also proposed the vote of thanks.
Activities such as self-written Poetry recitation, handwriting competition and essay competition were conducted.
Winners of the above activities were felicitated by the Chief Guest.
Students of std. XI attended the programme along with teachers.
Teacher in-charges were Tr. Ajay, Tr. Sanjay, Tr. Sheetal, Tr. Antima and Tr. Tulsi.
